Two high-quality, comfortable box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm) guarantee restful sleep—either as separate singles or securely combined as a spacious king bed (180 x 200 cm). Blackout curtains in both living/sleeping rooms keep things dark for deep sleep at any time of day. The cozy sofa bed in the living room folds out to a full box-spring bed with topper and a 160 x 200 cm sleeping surface, perfect for two additional guests. Planning a “Netflix & Chill” day? The sofa bed also makes a great lounging spot during the day.

🍽️ Cooking & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: in addition to a premium bean-to-cup coffee machine, you’ll find a drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, four ceramic hobs, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer compartment. Cookware, dishes, salad bowl, strainer, baking dish, etc. are all provided. Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and oil are complimentary—start cooking right away. The large dining table with cushioned chairs is perfect for meals, working, or simply gathering together.
